- Custom & Metaphysical Products (All Sales Are Final) Due to the deep spiritual personalization, time-consuming handcrafted assembly, and the custom element analysis required for our Bazi Destiny Readings and Custom Alignment Bracelets, we STRICTLY DO NOT accept any returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order is placed. The universe and your personal energy chart are unique; therefore, these items cannot be resold or reused.
- Damaged or Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If the physical components (beads or the gothic unboxing tool) are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong team variant, please contact us immediately at support@wwsart.com with unboxing photos/videos. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement free of charge.
- EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period Exemption Please note that under European Union regulations, the standard 14-day cooling-off period DOES NOT apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, EU customers are also subject to our strict no-refund policy for custom orders
